CSI Support & Development Services–a non-profit organization–specializes in affordable housing for low-income senior citizens with locations in California, Maryland, Massachusetts and Michigan. A limited number of apartments are available in some locations for younger persons who are physically disabled and need the special features of a unit designed for the mobility impaired. Becoming part of a CSI co-op allows you to enjoy the benefits of apartment living while retaining control of your environment.Resident members have the opportunity to attend many different functions throughout the year, including the CSI annual luncheon. A co-op is a business or organisation that’s owned and controlled by its members, to meet their shared needs. The members can be its customers, employees, residents or suppliers, who have a say in how the co-op is run. Our Cosiscoop gas lanterns can also be used indoors! Until now, we could only create an amazing atmosphere outside by placing the lanterns in the garden or on the balcony. Now, however, we can enjoy these unique lanterns all year round. Although co-ops are nearly twice as likely to survive the first five years as other types of business, just not enough are being started at the moment.
