Why Corsair ? There is no headset connected to the ST100. If i connect the void to one the ST100 usb ports , nothing works either. So everything is connected to it's own pc USB port. PS: After disabling voice prompts for the ST100 in iCue and again dis/reconnecting devices with a ghosted device delete, the voice prompts seem to keep working now after reboots, but the Corsair audio visualizer still does not want to work when both ST100 and Void are connected so this needs to be fixed by giving the Void privilege over the ST100 in software for audio visualizer monitoring. I began noticing problems with mine immediately as well, and these problems could be fixed with the proper drivers and firmware if they ever cared to update it. My next instinct was well maybe something on Windows 10 is conflicting with the USB. So I went into Device Manager, found the ST100 and Uninstalled its Drivers manually, uninstalled ICUE and rebooted my PC, reinstalled ICUE and plugged in the ST100. This time the ST100 did not auto detect even by Windows and the lights failed to come on. Hey guys so I spent a bit of time trying to resolve this issue and I have finally run out of options. I cue.firmware.index: "ST100RGB" firmware update, expected version: 0.4.106 update available, on device: bootloader: 0.1 firmware: 0.2.91 All have USB 2.0 except the ST100 which is connect to a USB 3.2 Gen 2 type-A 10G/s port for the sake of being able to serve the two USB 3.0 5G/s ports on the ST100 hub. Then i have to disconnect both the Void and ST100 , remove ghosted devices from windows device manager , reboot and reconnect both devices one by one and then both the visualizer and audio prompting work again. That is till the next reboot and then everything stops working again and i have to repeat all the steps again.Always a company whom wants to outshine their competition, Corsair has outfitted the ST100 RGB Premium Headset Stand with nine RGB LED zones that allow for individual control through Corsair CUE software. Corsair CUE software currently controls various peripherals from the company, including mice, headsets, keyboards, mouse pads and now, the ST100 RGB Premium Headset Stand. Since the ST100 RGB Premium Headset Stand is CUE-compatible, it can sync with any of the other Corsair CUE-compatible RGB devices to display synchronized lighting effects and perfectly matched colors. Corsair continues to evolve their RGB landscape with new products and hopefully it is only a matter of time before they introduce the Sync software they displayed at Computex to the public, which allows their peripherals to sync up with the in-case lighting provided by the Corsair Lighting Node Pro and associated components.
The ST100 should not take front stage in iCue over the void headset being used. Voice prompting and audio visualizer should not stop working. I would at least expect that connecting Corsair headset to Corsair ST100 USB would work without a glitch but alas. The voice prompting and the corsair audio visualizer will work at first but then break and stop working for either after a reboot.
The voice prompt switch in iCue device settings also does not work when both Void and ST100 are connected. So I did some digging around and saw on a few threads to use USBDeview to see if I could see the ST100 there, and I could. However it appears the ST100 Headset appears as "Unknown." As shown here SO, i have following USB devices from corsair: K100, M65 Ultra, MM800, ST100, Void Elite USB, HX1000i. They are all using USB and i also have a Logitech webcam connected to it's own USB 3.0.

Keeping your headset on a stand can have benefits, as it will keep them from being accidentally damaged or warped due to sitting with awkward pressure on the earcups or supporting band, along with putting them on display to impress your audiophile friends. In a time when expensive wireless RGB gaming headsets and audiophile headphones are so commonplace on the desks of PC enthusiasts, the idea of an RGB headset stand with some very useful features doesn’t seem so far-fetched.
CUE SOFTWARE ENABLED
We test the Corsair ST100 RGB headset stand in this article, granted not something we'd typically review. However, the ST100 RGB headset stand is something different. See, in the past, we have tested so many headsets from Corsair, good stuff. But once you aren't using it, you dump it somewhere behind your monitor. often damaging the earpads over time and so on. Well, the new Corsair ST100 RGB headset stand does solve that issue and not just that. Add to it the fact, like you said, there isn't even a section in the support categories for this product...means that its either so new that they haven't gotten to adding it yet, or that it doesn't sell well enough to merit its own section, or worse...that they just DGAF.
