I went for this one because (1) it will produce a much better quality of image that the mobile phone she is currently using; (2) ability to take excellent portraits at all focal lengths with the large apertures; (3) a useful zoom length that gives some proper telephoto without over-reaching, but really useful wide angles; (4) she doesn't need a viewfinder.
